This was a very clean mildly modified 1991 16v 2.0 GTi. Still have it, but was broken into at one point. Stole the stereo and dented the hatch back slightly. Drove it until the clutch went bad. Will get it back to this shape in the future. Update 4/30/08: Clutch job done, head rebuilt, new starter, new shift linkage, new brakes front and rear, new rear wheel bearings, getting closer to having my nice MK2 GTi back... next comes paint and body. Just bought all the supplies last week.
