this car was rebuilt in 1989,It has a basicly stock 454 GM crate motor lurking under the cowl induction hood.A dougnash clutchless 5 speed and a 3 puck adjustable clutch.drive shaft loop,3" exhaust w/flow's. A 9" rearend w/3.70 gears.I ran a best of 11.70 @ 118mph.It will go lower in the digits but the same thing that plaqes my nova it wants to spin off the line,It will lift the front end then comes down and spins and grabs spins and grabs.It hayeses the tires through 3 gear then finaly hookes for good in 4th and 5th gear.I need to do some adjusting on the clutch and rear suspention but.....It is a blast to run down the track and is a real handfull on the street as i can cruise in 4th and nail it and get all out of shape,It is a true scream machine.
