My First mustang- 1988 GT 5.0
I am the proud owner of my first mustang (second vehicle). I bought it for 3000, invested 2000 in paint and supplies, and about another 1000 in parts. I am so proud of my car mostly because I have worked for and saved my money my whole life and now have something cool to show for it. The upgrades are as follows: Flowmaster 40 series Dual Exhaust dumped at the axle, Steeda Suspension, 4 wheel disk brakes with an adjustable proportioning valve, k&n ram air from hood, msd 6al ignition box, msd distributor, msd blaster coil, Autometer gauges, brand new bf-Goodrich g-force sport tires, and a short throw shifter. The audio system consists of a Pioneer DEH-P6900UB head unit, Infinity speakers in the front, Pioneer speakers in the rear, and a Visonik 800 watt amp powering two 8 inch JVC sub woofers. I got the entire system brand new for under $350, thanks to ebay. I love this car!! I completed my very first completely from scratch paint job on the car. I did 100% of the work myself, which took about 350+ hours. It is competition orange!! I have also invested over 100 hours in maintenance work and what not. The car is my hobby and I enjoy working on it. I will try to keep the page and pics updated. Anyway here are some pics:
This is a burnout video that I made and edited. (Had to get rid of the old tires some way.):
