Here it is. My third car, I got it when I was 17. It is a 1993 Ford Probe, it had a 2.0 liter 16 valve DOHC motor. I loved this car for the brief time I had it.

When the motor started to burn a lot of oil I called an acquaintance who I knew had a couple of probes and was a supposedly good mechanic. He worked at a Ford dealership and I made the mistake of trusting him. I barely knew him and dropped the car off at his house a couple hundred miles away and he was going to swap to the V6 that came in the GT model. Anyway after a couple months the work still wasn't done. he started making excuses and what not. well long story short its been almost 2 years since he's had it and he no longer answers my phone calls or e-mails. if he lived closer this wouldn't be as much of a problem. Hopefully by new years though my friend with truck is going to come with me and pick it up.

So ideally this page will be updated in a couple weeks with the part out pictures.

After it became apparent that this car would be gone long enough that I could no longer bum rides I got a 1993 Toyota Celica. Had that about a year and now I have another
Probe (clicky). But this time it is the GTS, V6, 5 speed. fun car :-)

Thats good, I thought you were gone for a while. Odd that it was on the one day I could get on the internet..lol anyways I put some new pics up but the car is dirty in them all... its to cold now to wash it. Got so cold the bondo in my doors cracked. just a hairline crack about 1 cm or less in length on both doors. not too bad but ill have to fix it this summer

Yeah Autocrossing is very fun. If you decide to get into the sport, I suggest you leaving the car stock for now and race it that way. You wouldn't believe how well it handles. Plus if you throw on a suspension other than adjustable struts, then they will put you in a different class where the cars will eat you alive most of the time. I race in G-Stock and your only allowed a air filter, catback exhaust, adjustable struts, and R-compound tires. It's pretty fun to do but I don't know if I'm going to be doing it a lot more because it does a number on your tires. After racing a day, I had to go get some new rubber for the front wheels because I woke up the next morning with flat tires. So it's all up to you, have fun with what you do! Good luck.
