This is a different kind of beast. It is a positive ground 1968 Vette which didn't come with a spare tire carrier, or an emergency break. It came with no options. It is a 427 putting out over 550 hp to the rear wheels (we dinoed it). I have the hard top also, the car my 3rd Vette, & this one is a keeper. It only has 44,237 origional mi on it, but was told it was used to be raced all over the country as well as Europe. It also had the off road exaust on it before I put on the side pipes. I'm just getting started on the restoration (redone the way I want it),should have it done within a year.

Bob, Awesome Sting Ray, I had a 71 T-Top looking to build another one 68 through 72 convertible. Hoping to find one to restore in the near future.

Sweet looking 68". Good luck on your restoration. Who is doing your body work? I have been looking around for someone to do the body work on mine. I am also in Cali. I have a 68" "work in progress" which is primer white and no interior. Good luck out there...
