1997 Dodge Dakota Sport V8 4X4

bigHop's 1997 Dodge Dakota

This is what is looks like as of now...got plenty of other stuff I would like to do to it in the future....Only thing missing from the pic is the grill guard, black grill inserts, and hard tonneau cover with matching paint

I got the truck stock...so everything on it is of my own doing...Some of the mods include the following:

-K&N cold air intake
-Dimond Headlights & Corner Lights
-TrXus M/T 33x12.5s
-3" PA body lift
-Power Slot Rotors
-Q Full Synthetic lubs
-PIAA fog lamps
-Sylvania SilverStar headlamps
-Alpine MP3 Deck
-Infinity Kappa Components
-2 MTX 10" Subs
-MTX Thunderform Sub Box
-Rockford Amps
-Manik Grill/Tail light Guards
-Rancho RSX shocks
-spray-in bedliner...also had the sides of the truck
and the front bumper sprayed as well, all RED. Matched
the paint nicely!
-had the muffler removed..so I'm running duels from the
CAT...out the back sides with 4" stainless tips. Has a
nice DEEP throaty sound..not too loud..but will turn a head or 2!

Were you able to fit those 33's on before the body lift? And also I thought the stock rims you have were only 8 inches wide and when I wanted to get 12.50s everyone keeps telling me the minimum rim width for them are 8.5 inches?

A great V8 for pulling your buddies out! Hop man...go big or you'll regret it later like I did. If $$ is an issue, keep the body lift and add the 3 inch Rancho. When you add the lift I would add some traction bars to keep the axle on the ground. You know I love that red beast!
