How to Install LED Signal Mirrors
First thing you need to do is remove your front door panel to get access behind it.

Tools you need:
Philips blade screwdriver
Flat blade screwdriver
Remove the small triangular piece that covers your outside mirror screws. This is located directly behind where your outside mirror attaches to the car, or in the upper, front part of your door.

This just pops out with a little pressure. It is held in place by little tabs.
Now, notice the round button looking thing near the front of the door trim (where the door is hinged to the car) Insert your flat blade screw driver inside the ring and gently pry outward so the circle in the middle pops out. Now pull this clip out.

Now, look into the cup behind your inner door handle. You will see a little square. Gently insert your flat blade screw driver into the square and gently pry outward and the little square flap will open. Behind there you will see 1 Philips screw.

Using your Philips head screwdriver, remove this screw.
Now you need to remove the plastic cup behind your door handle. To do this, you need your flat blade screw driver.

Gently slide your flat blade screw driver underneath the edge of this plastic door handle cup in the lower left hand corner and press in a little bit. (Note in the picture where the tab holes are located on the plastic door handle cup) You are trying to disengage these tabs from the door. There is one on the top and one on the bottom.

Now, we need to remove the door cup. This is the part you grab when you close the door. There are 2 clips that hold this piece onto the door. Luckily for you, when I first tried to remove it, I broke a piece off of mine so now you can see what the clip looks like and where exactly it is located.

To remove this piece, slip your flat blade screwdriver underneath one end of the plastic door cup and press inward with a little pressure upward. This should unlock the tab and pop the end of the door cup you are working on upward. You can then pull the door cup out.

Now you will notice a Philips head screw behind the door cup. Using the Philips head screwdriver, remove this screw.
Now we need to remove the window switches. To do this, we need to slide our flat blade screwdriver underneath the top end of the switch panel. Pressing gently inward and upward should pop the top half of the window switch out. Then you can remove the whole switch.

Once you have the switch out, remove the wire plug by pressing on the little white tab where the wire harness and the switch meet and pull back at the same time.

Now, unplug the wire harness from the courtesy light at the bottom of the door. Remove the wire plug by pressing on the little white tab where the wire harness and the switch meet and pull back at the same time.
Now you just need to slip your fingers between the door and the door panel at the bottom of the door and pry toward yourself. You will hear a pop noise and the door panel should pull out towards you.
Now run your fingers all around the outer edge of the door to pop out the other tabs holding the door panel onto the door. Once you have popped all of the tabs, gently lift the door upward to remove it. The reason you pull upward is because there is a lip at the top of the door where the door panel hangs onto.

Now we need to run the wire from the front turn signal bulb back to the door and eventually to the mirror. (This is only one way to connect the wire to the LED signal mirrors)
Pop the hood and locate your turn signal bulb. (You may need to go in through the wheel well to get to the bulb)
I spliced the wires from the LED signal mirror together with two of the three wires coming from the front turn signal bulb and then saudered them on to ensure they do not come off.
NOTE: For the drivers side bulb, you will run your RED wire (from the LED mirror) to the Green with Black wire and then run your ground wire (red with black) from the LED Mirror, to the White with Black wire from the car.
For the passenger side, you will run your RED wire (from the LED Mirror) to the Green with Yellow wire and your ground (from the LED mirror) to the White with Black wire from the car.

I then wrapped the wires, separately with electrical tape and then wrapped them together with more electrical tape to ensure no water gets onto the bare wire.

Now we will run the LED signal wire from under the hood back to the mirror.
Open your front door on the side where you will be running the wire. Run the wire along the inside wall of the engine compartment towards the firewall and then push the wire through the fender so that it comes out inside the door jam. (you can zip tie the wire to other wiring under the hood if you would like to keep the wires neat)

Now we will install the LED covers onto the mirror.
First, clean your existing mirrors removing all of the bugs and tar, etc. I would NOT suggest waxing them because this may make it harder for the 3M tape on the LED Covers to adhere to the mirrors.
Now, remove all of the 3M tape protection and make sure the LED Cover wire is hanging OUT from behind the LED Cover. (NOTE: you will want the wire to come out towards the bottom of the mirror cover near the hinge on the bottom of the mirror, so make sure the tape will not prevent you from doing this once you have installed the LED Cover)
Carefully place the LED Cover over your mirrors, pushing it all the way to the front edge of the mirror. (the edge closest to the mirror)
Now, remove the three screws on the inside of the door that hold the mirror onto the door.

Now remove the three screws from the bottom of the mirror and remove the base (Hinge)

You will be able to see an area in the base of the mirror where you can safely run the wire from the LED Cover and through the rubber gasket (cut a small hole in the rubber gasket) and through to the inside of the door.
NOTE: I am sorry that I do not have a picture of the black rubber gasket that fits between the mounting bracket of the mirror and the door, but you will know it when you see it and you can pull the gasket back a little bit to see the existing wire that powers your power mirror. Just run the LED Cover wiring through there and to make it easier, cut a small hole in the gasket to run the wire through.
Once you run the wire through, replace the three screws on the bottom of the mirror and the three screws that hold the mirror onto the door being sure not to pinch the wire between two pieces. :)
This is what the wire will look like after you reinstall the mirror. Keep in mind, this is looking UP at the bottom of the mirror, so unless someone falls down next to your car and looks up, they should never see this wire. :)

Now, plug the LED Cover wire plug into the OTHER LED Cover wire plug that you ran from the engine compartment and replace the door panel. (NOTE: You may want to zip tie the wire to other wires attached to the door to keep it from making noise while driving and to make the install neat and tidy.)

Enjoy your new LED Signal Mirrors!!!
