I havent driven her much yet (mostly cause of gas prices and no insurance on her yet) But the last time I did, she was doing 50 in first. It's a '73 Chevy Nova Custom Hatchback with built 350. It's Viper Red with white pearl rally stripes. It has its minor flaws here and there and some paint fuck ups because of the guy who painted it (tip: if you want it done right do it yourself) but other then that. She's a beauty. I actually have a ways to go before I am finished with her. The interior is only 95% there (missing some moldings and the golve box isnt fully in yet or the Dome light). I also am wanting to put a sub set up in it. Nothing to fancy, probably just 2 bazooka tubes. Another thing I have to do is get door locks on it. I have locks on it but no key. I am going to get a set so that the key for the ignition works for the hatch, doors and ignition. Right now if I want to lock it I have to go through the hatch and lean over the back seats and reach to unlock it. I have a parts car for it that came in pretty handy. Its a Oldsmobile Omega. It has alot of interchangable parts. The Omega came with these rear windows that were acided. One side is a Pegasis and the other side says The Boss in old school tattoo lookin letters. I took those and cleaned them up and put them on my nova. I also used the Headliner wood part off of it cause the one for the Nova kinda accidently got ran into by me when I was 14. I was driving my dads truck to the shop so I could work on it and instead of touching the brakes i touched that gas and ran into the headliner that was on a table there and broke it. We saved the material part of it though. The headliner is black and in diamonds. (custom) All the interior moldings and panels are original so they arent in the best shape. They all were white but I made them black with interior rattle can paint. I woulda put new ones in but we couldnt find any for the Hatchback 73. I also had to reconstruct the grill because of the same situation. I will add more info taler. Im tried of typing. Heres some pics.
