I purchased this 1995 Diamante new after rolling a #1 and 2 rod bearing in my 1985 Monte Carlo SS...one week before leaving for Germany. Wife said money tit was dry, after the new paint job and new wheels & tires (the Monte was lookin sweeet!), and we didn't have enough time. Sold the Monte and got enough for a down-payment for the D.
First thing changed were the wheels and tires (about two months after arriving in Germany). Decided on 17X8" chrome MOMO Arrows (doin chrome before it was fashionable!) and a 225/45 ZR tire. Decided to get the HyperWhite (100w hb/ 80w lb) bulbs for increased visibility...to see and BE SEEN! Got back to the states and started going to town with mods...or as much as the wife would let me do ($$$).

With exception of window tinting and CD changer, all the other mods have been done by me (that way if it's jacked up, I've got no one to blame but myself). Tinkering with this car provides me a stress relief and allows me to do something I like. I plan on giving it to my oldest son when he's of age. He has no problem with what I've done to it so far!!
Regrets
The switch for the internal neon was originally used for the under body kit. If I find another piece to replace the shifter indication area, I'll put a third switch where the external neon switches are.
