What your looking at is a 1992 25th Anniversary Edition RS Camro

I haven't had it very long and it just came out of paint a few months ago. Cost me 5K on the paint but believe me, it was everybit worth it. It stacks up like this: 3 coats of Tuxedo Black topped off with 3.5 coats of clear(4 coats until it was fully wet-sanded) and Victory Red hand-drawn stripes. All paint is PPG. I kept the original colors because: 1) You never see Black w/red stripes Anniversary Edition's (most of the time they are white w/red stripes) 2)All the provisions for the stripes were there. I liked the factory style stripes but hated the fact that they were just big faded stickers. The wheels are 17"x8" Grey painted Cragars with the C5 twin flag canter caps and a polished lip. I set out to find some rims for the car and there are plenty of them out there with the correct bolt pattern but the wheel width has to be 8" at the most until you have to start using spacers (and I wasn't using spacers). So I got the rims and wrapped them in Hankook Ventus 245/45 on all four corners. The blisters on the hood are of-course not factory (RS camaros never came with blisters or louvers) so I got the fiberglass repros and slapped them on to give that big flat RS hood some form. I love the SS hoods but I couldn't figurer out how to lay the stripes over the scoop and pull it off. Next exterior mods include full weather-stripping all around, new wipers(hate rainy days!), full tail-light polish inside and out, and possibly a billet grill (I'll have to poll that later on). I'll get some interior and engine pics/stats up soon.
