1980 450SLC, all original! This car was given to me as a gift by a very well-to-do lady friend, she'd just had it painted with genuine factory MB paint at a cost of over $4000, and she knew that no one could take care of the car the way I do. The car is kept in a heated garage and covered with Chenille blankets! Only comes out on sunny days for beach trips and picnics. "Daddy's Baby" now looks immaculate like she is a year old, if that! No rust anywhere on the car. Runs smoothly like brand new, goes up the steepest hill like there is no hill at all! Turns a lot of heads. It's amazing to think this car is 25+ yrs old!!
