This nice chevy has the rare (in europa) PowerGlide automatic transmission, the car is buildt i Copenhagen in Denmark - G.M. had a factory here, where they build 600.000 different G.M. cars to the european market from 1945-1974.
This car had a frame of renovation in 2000, where everything was done to it - engine work, total transmission overhaul, body welding, new paint, new bushings, new interior, new crome - yeah new everything!
Now itīs only a hobby vehicle, and is only driven in good weather in the summer - The winters in Denmark isnīt fun for classic cars. There is snow and rain, and there is salt everywhere on the roads, to keep them ice free. So if you would try to run your classic car in the winter - Iīm sure that you would almost be able to hear the corrosion eating up the bodywork ;-(
This is the Danish factory, where G.M. build my car in 1953! ;-)
