This is a 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham D'Elegance that we inherited from my father-in-law. My oldest son has been driving it for the past 18 months and now he is going off to the marines. It has 78,000 miles and needs some work but is drivable. My son spent over $800 on a stereo system for the car. We are considering selling the car. Interested? We are looking for $800. If interested please send an email to dr-doug@msn.com.

Here's a view from the passenger side ...

and driver's side ...
It has the aluminum V8 which does not get good reviews but it seems to run fine if not a little underpowered.

Th interior of this car is fabulous ... it's like riding down the street in an easy chair.

The command center (OK the steering wheel) is right out of the 80's with a speedo that only goes up to 85 (obviously the govenment thought this was a good way to have us slow down ... what were they thinking?)

The trunk is big enough for all your luggage plus the occasional body

Overall, I'd have to say this car is BIG on style and prestige. I love going to an event where there is valet parking - heads turn when you pull up in this baby. My kids love it too and call it the limo.

Thanks for looking
