Things I hope to do 1) Swap out motor to a 455 2)Repaint it back to some shade of blue 3) Different tires and rims and redo interior

Joker1570's 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass

It looks like I'll be putting Old Blue back on the road so I can start working on Ruby. Blue will be getting a transplant from Ruby as Blue's heart has been sitting for to long and I know Ruby's just needs a tune up. I'll try to get some more pics of Blue as things get moving.

Well things haven't went as planned Blue is still as is I haven't been able to do anything at all as the lack of funds have again put all plans on the back burner again. OH WELL as I say there is always next year.

Ok hopefully when the weather breaks and its not so freaking cold I'm hoping to get going on my BBO I got a good friend of mine who is a Olds man from the get go and he is going to help me with the rebuild. I'll update as soon as things get going.

Well it looks like Old Blue will be making a trip to Vegas as will Ruby if it don't get sold. I'm starting the processes of trying to buy a house out here I'll keep you all posted on to how things are going.

Well Blue is still going to be coming out to Vegas but not until after the first of the year things still aren't where I want things to be next year will definitly be better. As some of you might have noticed the red Cutlass is no longer up and just as well it was more rusted out than originaly known so I have a friend of mine that junking the car out for me really didn't want to do that but it would have cost more to redo the red one :(.  But out here in Vegas I have ran across several nice 76-77 Cutlasses and if I can come up with the money I will get another one to replace the red one. Well I'll try to keep more updated as things move along.

Ok working on getting Ol Blue out here to Vegas hopefully sooner than later my son really wants to get working on it. More to came soon.

Ok had to make a tuff choice I've decided to sell this car its in Illinois I just don't have the time or the money to get this car out here to Las Vegas if any of you are interested or know someone please contact me . I will give you the info at that timeJoker1570s 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Joker1570s 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Joker1570s 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass

Ok here are more pics of the Blue car The bumper has come off but the frame is good like most cars of this era the bumpers were junk I do have another bumper to go with it. The car is still soild but just needs some tlc.

5 stars. Question, what model did your 455 come from? C heads are form 1967-69, e heads -1970(F heads 1970 W-30 only). Just wondersing. The easiserway to know if you have a Toronado motor, look for a 6 quart oil pan and the stater is off to the right. My borther ,Steve, likes the red front bumper on the red Toronaodo. Take car, Mery Christmas and Happy New Year. Jerry

that's a great project car, too bad you lack the funds... is your car always parked on the grass? that could induce some rust from beneath...
