Strosek WideBody Kit
I've always been the type of person that wanted to have something different. My dream was to get a 300ZX and have it stand out from the rest in its own way. When I first set eyes on the Strosek Widebody, I promised myself to one day get it. That day came on March of 2006. I purchased the Strosek WideBody kit from Germany. It took me almost 2 years to save enough money to have this done. Finally my parts arrived from Germany a few months after ordering it. When I spoke with the Owner of Strosek, my understanding is that there are only around 74 of these hand made bodykits, in which I have not heard of anyone in the US to currently have an authentic one yet. I've only seen these authentic kits in Europe. I have seen a couple replicas similar to it in the USA, but I had decided if I was going to do it, I was going to have the real thing. Here is a picture of the arrival of the kit once out of the box. Rear bumper was still inside box and not shown.
OZ RACING WHEELS FOR STROSEK
Strosek made an agreement with OZ Racing to provide these wheels customized for the 300ZX with offsets already figured into the wheel for the custom body kit that Strosek made. The wheels were made in Italy and were discontinued production sometime in the mid 90's. Strosek only had 4 brand new wheels left, luckily, I was able to get them when I purchased my kit.
Strosek also had custom center caps that came with the wheels with a locking mechanism for anti-theft. These had the Strosek company logo in the center of it.
Now lets move on to the body shop, where conversion took place of this wide body.
