Heres a picture of my friend cams 1972 Duster 340.
Well, theres extensive mods to the motor including port and polish, compression increase, headers, intake, MSD ignition etc
His best run is 11.68 with 125 shot of nitrous.
Nice car...took 2 years to complete. As of this year, the motor has been upgraded to a 408 stroker, 12:1 compression, and aluminum heads. The car made consistent 12.6 passes all weekend but will surely see faster as time goes on.
UPDATE: MOTOR DESTROYED as of End of July 07. Rod let go and went through the block destroying the entire rotating assembly including the forged steel crank. Car is back on the road running the original 340 with aluminum heads.
Heres a picture of my friend Jeffs 1974 Dodge Challenger.
Car has a 451 stroker with about 600 hp with a 727 transmission behind it. 2 years into this car and plenty more for full restoration. This car has run a 10.90 @ 124mph on a 125 shot of nitrous and consistent 11.50's in full street trim. The car has all factory interior, complete 3" mandrel bent exhaust, with super 40's and an air cleaner and still runs 11.50's. This is the definition of a street strip car.
