Ok so i finally found some pictures of the car actually before i bought it, from the previous owner before he ripped everything apart and took the interior out and broke it all..and took the motor and tranny out. It was complete here and didnt look that bad.

Now, the rest of the page is devoted completely to the beginning project pictures of the RX-7..i really wish i could have gotten pictures of when i bought the car...it didnt have any motor, no interior...it was all in boxes and it was a mess. I am in debt to my friends Curtis, Cam, and Jeff because in 2 weeks, mostly without ANY help from me because i was at work..they put the first engine in the car, and got it running and driving enough to make it to terrace bay.

Here are some pictures of the very first year in terrace bay.

Now, im sure everyone is wondering what how i did. Well, the kickdown cable we had was busted on the inside, Therefore, the transmisson would autoshift at about 1400rpm, so the car made 3 runs at 16 seconds a piece, and the car was loaded back up on the trailer.

I managed to take some pictures of the old engine setup when I brought it home. It was a stock 350 engine with a small straight up 448 lift hydraulic camshaft. Thats about all i remember that was done to this.

The 2nd picture is what it looked like before it was dismantled and everything was started new again.

So...we pulled the motor and tranny and started fresh, which as u seen in the first page thats what i ended up with. Here are some pictures of the new motor, freshened tranny, and then a setup with the custom rad cradle.

Thanks man...always liked that gen rx7! to tell you the truth, both the clear corners and replica kit I got on ebay. if you can't find anything on ebay, try kaminari for lip kits.
