Visibility has always been a challenge in the DeLorean. Sure, adding on blind spot mirrors helped, but it definitely cluttered the look of the car. When I found out that MultiVex offered mirrors for the DeLorean, I immediately ordered a set.

The mirrors were very well packaged and were the exact same size as the originals. They also seemed to have much more of a reflective quality than the 25 year old mirror glass that was on the car.

Installation was a breeze. These mirrors are meant to stick directly over the originals, and all I had to do was heat the old mirror glass with a hairdryer before attaching the new ones.

Here is a shot of the backside of the mirror with the 3M adhesive strips. These mirrors are semi-transparent, so I can always add a high intensity LED turn signal arrow behind them to shine through.

Here is a before shot of the visibility from the driver's seat:

And here is an after shot. Note, neither the DeLorean nor the car in the background was moved before applying the new glass. Applying the new glass slightly aimed the mirror down a little more than the picture above, but you can see the drastic change in side visibility:

I consider these a definite safety upgrade for the DeLorean, and now that I have gotten used to them, I can't imagine driving without them.
