My Planned Upgrades
Ok, like I said, I have some plans for this car...nothing too extravagant, but nice all the same...
Exterior Upgrades
1. A new set of rims and tires...the 16s are ok, but I plan on adding 17s OR 18s, I haven't decided which yet... There are a few rims out there that I am looking at, but it's hard to find a nice rim in a 5x120 bolt pattern! lol Also low profile tires, probably Toyo, not sure though...
2. New Lighting...Euro-style Angel Eye Halo projector headlights are coming in the spring...New tail lights as well... Probably an Altezza style, maybe LED, maybe a simple smoked, not sure yet... Also need to find some good foglights, as mine came without even the stock ones...:( (April 1, 2006 Update... Lighting FINISHED!!)
Interior Upgrades
I'm not too sure about the interior yet...gotta see what I can do...
Performance Upgrades
Not 100% sure yet...but I'd like to get some more HP out of her...I'll look into that more in the spring when it's warm enough to play with it...
Entertainment Upgrades
This is where I have some big plans... I'm going to get rid of the Pana and overhaul the soundsystem in this car, and move up to a really hot Alpine 5.1 system, based around the IVAD310 AV unit and Type X speakers...:D
1.Head Unit : IVAD310 AV head unit
2.Front Speakers : A set of SPX177R 6 1/2" 2 way Type X components.
3.Rear Speakers : Same as the front.
4.Center Speaker : SBS-05DC 1DIN Center Channel Speaker.
5.Subwoofers : SWX-1042D 10" sub or SWX-1242D 12" sub... I haven't decided between the 10 or the 12 yet, or whether to get 1 or 2 of each... I'll know soon enough...
6.Amplifiers : MRA-D550 Digital Theater Amplifier, to power the components. MRD-M1005 Mono Power Amplifier, to power the subs, if I only get one...if I get 2 then there will be 2 of these monsters!
