A lot of work has gone into the car since I have received it in July of 2005. The pictures below just show one day's work a week after first purchasing the car. In the photos below, we had the rims off to replace the old tires with new ones, and were sanding down and rust proofing the front suspension.

Work that has been completed on the car to date (January 2006):

- Toby Trailing Arm Bolts (Safety update)
- Elecrical updates: Relays & Fuses (Fixed cooling fans & gauges)
- New tires (Tires on car when purchased were 1982 originals)
- New struts - Doors, Trunk, Engine louvers
- Fan Fail Fix Dual 2x2 (Prevents cooling fan from failing)
- Coolant air bleeder kit (Prevents air from entering radiator)
- New Gradys tail light boards (Fixed sporadic brake lights)
- Tune up: New spark plugs (Bosch Platinum 4), wires, distributor cap & rotor
- New front drivers side caliper (Had seized)
- Bleed & flush brake fluid
- Fuel pump rubber boot replaced (Had degraded)
- Idle speed motor replaced (Fixed high idle)
- A/C & alternator belts & bearings
- A/C panel mode switch repair (Fixed vaccuum leak)
- Sylvania Silverstar headlights added
- Replaced door lights with LEDs (Can keep open now without killing battery)
- Removed & cleaned instrument cluser, replaced lights with LEDs (Had dirt buildup and blown bulbs)
- Cleaned A/C evaporator, fumigated mold (Dirt & mold was causing bad odor in car)
- Recovered steering wheel pad (Re-vinyl'd, fixed damage from previous owner)
- Replaced front dash speakers with Aiwa's (Originals were blown)

Work to be completed:

- New stereo to be added (purchased, awaiting installation)
- Alarm / Remote unlock system to be added (purchased, awaiting installation)
- Pivot arm bolt replaced (purchased, awaiting installation)
- Fix oil leak by replacing oil pressure sensor (purchased, awaiting installation
- Rear speakers to be replaced
- Cracking coolant bottle to be replaced with stainless bottle
- Replace clutch master and slave cylinder, add stainless braided clutch line

The car was not driven that much, and from sitting, age had played a factor in the deterioration of some parts. Work needed to be done to make it safe and reliable to drive.

thats a sweet looking car... how much did u pay for it... why so much to fix with only 3300 miles on it...
