my trunk was drawn by me and built by me also. Its customized to fit the 1986 cadillac only. all the boxes the amp rack and roof of the trunk as well. They are fitted perfectly and will take more than a minute be to removed..... so you haters will need more than a crackhead and a screw driver to get my caddys sounds.
first is the old setup and below is the new setup
that shows it all my 4 12" subs the audiobahn a2002t amp, the service manual, 5x7 alpine speakers ( ha ha you put alpine in your cars interior but i put it in my trunk) the audiobahn crossover, and the stock tire lift. ballin is my hobby stop talkin and hatin.

the trunk is getting redone i threw out the audiobahns subs , 2 capacitors and kept the amps. i going to throw some alpine type r subs.
i have only two pics of the trunk gettin redone i got started and was so into it i didn't take much pics
checkout the new trunk tell me what you think
redoing the lid here what i have so far the wood frame
got to the second part mounted it on the lid mounted the new housing for the blue leds and preping the plexiglass to be mounted. next step add the fabric to match the bottom
heres some of the progess shots with the leds lighted blue. when i pop the trunk the blue leds are off but when i drop the 5th the all come on it matches my amps in the inside
heres a pic of the trunk popped and the blue leds on the trunk but i havent carpeted the lid because i need to add some buckles and im waiting for a cadillac emblem sticker. the pics are bad but tell me wht you think
i got a new idea im putting a 7 inch tv where the old licsene plater used to be so when i drop the 5th the tv comes on also . check out the progress pics there isnt a tv in threr yet cause i havent water proofed it yet it matches the interior wood grin on the sides and the marroon,adn to top it off it will be sealed with a piece of plexi glass to top it off

all i can say is pop pop trunk wave;)
here is some progress pics i didnt like how it came out so far i might redo the top again and this time use metal poles as the frame but its gonna vibrate and thats not good, thats why i used wood so any helps comments get at me. ill figure it out soon:)
the finished product will be marroon on the sides and a classic cadillac emblem the lights up blue when the trunk is pooped and the fith wheel will light up blue too. check daily for new pics.
