2005 Toyota Rav4 Plus 4WD (Canadian Version)
I purchased my car from a local Toyota dealership in May of 2005.
The model is called RAV4 Plus and comes equipped with ABS w/EBD along with colored body trims, leather heated seats (front seats are heated only), leather wrapped steering wheel and shift stick.
New Car :-) -Summer 2005
My RAV4 is powered by 2.4L / 4-cyl. / 16 valve DOHC / VVT-i (2AZFE) engine with 161hp.
My car has 4-speed automatic gearbox with overdrive.
My RAV4 has full-time 4WD.
Fuel economy is roughly 10l per 100km incl. city and highway driving.
It is the last model of 4.2 body style, before the new 2006 model came out.
The color is an amazing Spectra Blue Mica.
New Car :-) - Summer 2005
During last 7 months, I made over 25000km driving daily around southern Ontario and it has been nothing but problem free and fun. The car drives great in the rain and snow.
Rear View - Summer 2005
First modification, I did was replacement of factory front (paper) speakers with Pioneer 6 1/2" car speakers (TS-G650M) - speakers require adapters. They really improved the sound and are great speakers for the price. I will eventually replace the rear speakers, probably with the same model speakers.
I highly recommend replacing the speakers asap !
