This ute was originally purchased by Jim Neilsen of Neilsens Garage in Esk Queensland on 11th of July 1967. He was a Motor Mechanic.
It was later passed on to his Mechanic who later sold it to Gordon Russ of Cominya, Queensland. I purchased it from Gordon in 2005. It now lives not far from where it was sold new - Don Faulkner Motors, Cnt East and South St Ipswich. Over the years it has had very limited touch ups and has had the original motor rebuilt and put back. All the numbers match those in the Owners Book. It also has the original number plates.
I have recently re-sprayed the inside and fitted new ply to the floor - no body work was done so you can still see a few small dents.
