This is my mini chopper. I built it in July of 2005. Took me about three weeks to make it. It has a 130200 Briggs 5hp engine on it. It has been modified with go kart racing parts. It has a 94ss Dyno Cam, Tripple stage header, Horstman H-Beam billet rod, K&N style air filter, Tillotson HL334 carb, and a milled head. I would guesstimate it at 7 to 8 hp.

The planning stages of the bike. 724x4chevy's 2005 MINI Cooper Columbia, MO - 3

724x4chevy's 2005 MINI Cooper Columbia, MO - 8 The construction stages. I used 1inch black plumbing pipe for the back half of the bike. I utilized a magna bicycle for the front half. Gave it some more rake, and added the handles off a tiller for a pretty convincing pair of ape hangers.

724x4chevy's 2005 MINI Cooper Columbia, MO - 2 I originally made this chopper to house two engines, but i couldnt get them to sync together effectively.

724x4chevy's 2005 MINI Cooper Columbia, MO - 9 So i took off the smaller engine and went with just the 5horse for awhile. Eventually a piece of the govenor fell out of the block and got in the rod/crank/cam and locked the motor up. When i got it apart, the rod had dents and chips out of it from the piece of the govenor rattling around. A real bad deal all the way around.

After the original motor locked up on me, i got another 5hp briggs. I decided to hot rod this one. Its a single bearing cool bore block. Added a 94ss dyno cam, tilly hl334 carb, K&N filter, arc 3.875 billet rod, and milled head. I have a Noram Racing Clutch on it with a 14 tooth driver and a 72 tooth rear gear and a 16in diameter tire. Running 5500 rpm's it will do 50mph
