it might cost you a couple of hundred for simple stuff. but i suggest getting the higher price internals that will make sure that it won't break down later on. you don't want to go by cheap price. i have wesico forged pistons and they are like $300 or $400.

yea, with 165,000 miles. i suggest changing your internals. but you might be able to get away with it. was the car driven nicely or beat the shit out of? i guess that would determine if you should change the internals too or not.

hey...you can use the stock internals just don't push the boost more than 7psi...stock internals for the eclipse can't really hold more than that.

yea man...if you have the chance get the gst. it so much easier starting with the turbo already on. I wish i did that. it is alot less work.

umm...honestly. You could do it for a lot cheaper. don't do the internals, like pistons and rods. but don't push more than 6 or 7psi. the stock internals will hold that much. you will have to shell out $2,000 for parts though. Manifold, turbo, downpipe, and you will have to upgrade your fuel system and injectors. but you will save alot of money, just don't push the motor too much. By doing the internals i run 10psi constant but now my motor can hold 25psi. i don't want to push it with the internals done. but it can be done cheaper.
