Here it is! The piece-de-resistance. The factory equiped three 2 barrel carberated manifold. It will be sitting on top of a compleatly rebuilt {to NEAR factory specs} 390CID, FE big block Ford Motor.

This is the rebuilt 390 cid FE motor. Block and crank have been macheined, installed new valves & springs {with hardened valve seats} new seals/gaskets, new forged aluminum pistions, new lumpier cam {close to stock}. Should be one soild motor

The more compleat 390cid! Painted the standarded "Ford blue" although Merc 390s were actually gold. The water, pump starter, fuel pump, and distributer are all original pieces that were compeatly rebuilt {Except the altranator, which was after market, but still rebuilt}.

This is a picture of my 63' Merc, 2 door, breezeway coupe parts car as it was found in Arizona. I included this on my engine page because, unknown to me at the time of purchace, this is a 390cid car! I bought the car strictly for body parts and stummbled upon a cash of spare, factory correct, engine parts! I have a mint set of exhaust manifolds {up till 67' the "bolt ears" that attach the big block manifold to the head were NETORIOUS for breaking off, as was the case on my car. The parts car had a perfect pair!} A correct altrinator, starter, water pump, distributer and a spare engine all-in-all.
