PAINT PAGE!! FINNALLY!!!!!!!!!!
The car is finnaly painted! A true mile stone in ANY project. The car was blocked NUMORUS times in primer for that glassy look. The paint is my father's favorite color, Viper red.
Here is Erwin "rubbing out" the clearcoat. There was four coats of the clear put down. We went through over a gallon of clear and we just did the main body and doors! A testimite to the hugeness of the car.
CARS DONE!!!!! This is me taking pics while waiting for the flat bed to take er' to Extreme Exhaust for pipes. We were running the car with open manifolds and "down pipes", those 390 cubes souded like an alcohol fuled race car!!! There is NO REPLACEMENT FOR DISPLACMENT!!!!
A "before and after" compairison of the engine bay. Be assured that NO STONE was left unturned. Ended up compleatly rebuilding the engine, rad, steering, suspension, tansmision, fule and break lines,,,EVERYTHING.
A pic of that sexy big ass as she gets strapped for the flat bed ride!
another before and after shot. The whole job took almost 2 years. Note the butchered trim and the baddly bent bumper. Also, you can't see the huge amounts of rust that WAS hiding under that Maco paint special!!
The body man Erwin doing last minuit gauge checks.
Pretty lookin' front as well as the humble beginnings!
A nice over all shot of the cock pit. It has come A LONG WAY fron the rust pit we started with
BIG BOOTY!!! You have to stand by this thing to appreciate the vast size of this car.
A nice shot of the 4-on-the-floor. Most people done comprehend that this IS a FACTORY, numbers matching, big block, Super T-10, 4 speed, tri-power, convertable, top-of-the-line Park Lane. This has the potential to be a high profile, high dollar car.
Before and after of the front end.
The car is up on the flat bed so I took the oppertunity to snap a shot of the finished under side. Frame is powdercoated, Tank is compleatly refurbashed, and underside of body has a thick layer of truck bed liner to protct from, inevitable, road rash. CArs are ment to DRIVE DAMIT!!!!
