Buying the car...
January 5th, 2006
When I first looked at the Accord, I was iffy about it. The body work and the paint really threw me off. I was really not digging it, and I was just thinking that maybe I could find something better.
I went and looked for other cars, in search for something alittle better. After going to five or so dealerships, and searching local areas, I couldn't find anything.
Going back to the Accord was probably the best choice I made in a long time. I drove the Accord the night before, and I loved the way it rode. It was smooth. No pulling, no jerking. Like a brand new car.
Upon discussing body work and paint, I decided to say yes to the car, and make it a project I will soon love so much.
Only problems on the car are the following :
The paint on the car got ruined by UV rays from the sun. The paint on the side of the car although is in pretty good shape.
Apparently the car got side swipped. The damage to the rear drivers side is pretty minor, and shouldn't cost too much to get fixed. The drivers side rear view mirror is hanging on by duct tape.
The Interior of the car. Dirty. But there is no tear in any of the seats, but has a few minor parts that need replacing such as the clock, and passenger side door handle. Some steam cleaning should get the various stains out.
