Last update:

246000 Miles later, after a new MOT, The mechanic came to me and said, alright the motor is 100% good, but you need a new Water-Pomp, Distribution-Belt, 4new break pads, a new exaust front to back, and some minor repairs and a new battery!

I drove the car for about 10000more and looking for a new ride as good as this one, the local ford dealer came to me with a really nice price for this ride and pretty good deal fo a used Mondeo MK3 So that was the end of my love affair with this really good and reallible ride, Never it let me down and never i had big costs on this car, they are bulletproof!!, on the last day i drove it everything was working like it should be and running like it was brand new, and remember i did never go to the dealership, only did repair the thing that are really broken and i'm a fast and hardcore driver.

Things you should know about these 626's

- Breaks are good, but the break-pads need to change more then you want

- Airco gave up after 200000 with never a service update

- Until the las days it was really fuel economic  even driven hard

- The engine is bullutproof, never let me down and had never repairs, and yes i hit the 7000RPM mark daily :P

I can only say if you want one just Buy it its maybe the best car ever made, and i'll Hope that my new Mondeo will be just as good!

Kind regards The ex lowrider

Your car is greatz! lol. Thanks for the compliments. I think. I had to cut/grind some of the frame off the insides of the spokes. I just cut the edges where the police siad it was being blocked. I like the neon and the box. I voted you up. Keep up the good work and check back in June. PEACE.

VERY nice. I didn't know those 626 hatches existed until recently - I love old school hatches. It's nice to see someone else reppin' Mazda pimpin'. I got the exhaust on Ebay for like, 42 bucks, and a friend put it one for me cheap for about 40 more bucks. I highly recommend that perticular muffler - it has a nice, deep tone without any crazy loud rasp to make your ride sound ghetto. "RS Type" is the company's name. Thanks for the comment, bro.
