So here's the beginning of something beautiful. I hope. Eventually anyway.
The only pictures I have as of now are of the GLI about a month after buying her, and after an extensive wash and a coat of polish followed by a coat of wax.

I'll get more when I get back home, and the weather isn't horrible. In the mean time, please leave some comments or suggestions. If anyone has any rather small mods that have worked out for them, please let me know! I'm hoping to find an instrument cluster from an '04 or '05 eventually to start off. You know, just a little something to look at everyday to remind me of what a sweet ride the GLIs are and where mine will be going in the future. Thanks!

Amongst other things, I took a couple new pictures while I was home with my dad's sweet digital.

Here's a shot of the interior. I have the sport seats you can't really see, Monsoon 8-speaker amplified component system, six-speed, sport steering wheel, etc. I'm trying to think of ideas to spice it up a little.

I just (as in this evening) replaced the stock '03 silver GLI badging off my trunk with the red and chrome badge from an '05. The silver one was fine, but raher boring and unnoticable. And also...

I picked up the front GLI grill badge from an '05 while I was at it. I've always liked the VR6 grill badges on the MK3 Jetta, and I wanted to put the red and chrome GLI grill badge on my car so everyone can know coming and going this isn't you ordinany 2.slow liter Jetta. Plus the red accents go well with...

My freshly-painted calipers. They're looking pretty good and should add some flair going down the road. Painting the inside parts of my Chevelle's wheels added alot, so the least I could do for my Jetta was to match with the calipers.
