Hello, welcome to my page, this is my 2001 ML55. I am the owner of one of 12,200 of these monsters made through out its 2000-2003 production run. And I just love it. This 5.4 Liter hand built V8 turns out 342 Horsepower and 376 LB feet of torque. The engine sounds like a rabid dog while under acceleration. Its just one hell of an experiance. I hope you guys enjoy I will add plenty of stuff to this site later. Including my planned Mods =)
*UPDATE*
I have taken the time to build my own intake, there are no intakes for the ML 55, so after getting the right measurements of the inlet, I ordered a filter, tubing and piping, and put together an intake. It works great, very noticeable gain, I am in the process of constructing a heatshield.More pics below.
