12/23/08 - Wet sand & Buff Completed and It's back in my garage where it will be waiting till summer.
12/15/08 - My Escort just got painted. I need to change out that cracked windshield, reassemble the whole damn car, and put together my turbo engine swap (270-300hp) coming soon.

11/20/08 - Took my EGT to the body shop to get primed after disassemble and making the body nice and smooth. Took the pictures today before I started sanding it down smooth @ there shop. I'm having it painted Gray(flint mica pearl), the same as you see on the Scion TC.
The interior is completely out, its ready for paint, then time to modify
This head pictured here is a done up with Ferrea Competition valves (Ultra High Strength, High Temp Nickel Stainless Steel Alloy) - Ferrea Valve Springs - Ferrea Pro Series Titanium Retainers - heat-treated steel alloy valve locks - Ferrea Spring Seat Locators - port polished with new lifters(not pictured) !!!!! Also my new Eagle F1 Tires!

2/13/09 - This engine was is in the car & running but its came back out for my new built motor !
By the way this was the easiest way to get the trans back on the motor LOL...
I also needed the G series trans Fidanza Flywheel & Spec Clutch for my 323 for a upgrade since I already broke 5th. gear on the rinky dink stock 323 F series trans. I'll be mating my better 28 spline Kia trans with my custom KY Clutch and thicker driveshafts up with my new build in the EGT.
This is the 51K. engine, It's looking good with that blue valve cover, hoses,and that brand new OEM Mazda Throttle Body(this header style manifold came stock with the "95" GT's, that I wont be using.)
*** I have a "93" GT (manual) with a 121,000 miles that I paid $450- for (the car being painted)
It will be a turbo 1.8 bpt built and will be a breath taker all the way around
*** A "95" Escort with a super clean body rust free that I no longer have room for(just sent to the crusher)
*** A "95" GT near mint (automatic) completely parted out, had 51,400 miles (gone)
*** And the "93" Green Auto GT that's on page 2 that will be parted out come spring/summer 09
Body and paint are in process for my Turbo EGT and will see most my attention next spring
I swapped the motor from my parts car (51K engine) with many new parts, but Its coming back out for my new engine
Right now this is whats in it. NA BP 1.8 Motor Powder Coated Intake, Rebuilt G Series Trans, SPEC Clutch Kit, Fidanza Flywheel, Fidanza Short Shifter, Suspension Techniques F&R Sway Bars, Bronze Oil Shifter Bushings, Stainless Clutch Line, Solid Urethane Motor Mounts that I made, Tokico Struts and H&R Springs, Ceramic Coated Pacesetter Header w/ Stainless Flex Pipe Added, White Glow Gauges. Oh yeah, I got new drive axles, New OEM Wheel Bearings, and Plenty of Replacement Parts.

They dont have the Pilot Sports or the P-Zero's in any size that would fit my car. The Eagle F1 seemed to be just about the best tire I could find for streetable performance.
