This was a 1992 Isuzu Amigo when i started. Now it is mostly Ford Bronco. I took all of the factory parts out accept the frame and body and swapped it all with the parts from a 1978 Ford Bronco. The Amigo now has a Big Block 400 for a motor. The tranny is a C6 Automatic with a NP205 transfer case. The rear axle is a Ford 9" with a mini spool for a posi unit. The front is a Ford high pinion Dana 44 with a Detroit True Track locker. Both axles are running 4:56 gear ratios. The radiator is for a Jeep full size truck with two electric fans. The rubber on the ground is a set of 38.5x11x16 Super Swamper Boggers with Pro Comp wheels. Every body i know that builds 4x4s mostly build jeeps and normal everyday trucks, I want to be different and this is what i ended up with. I am working on some mods that consist of a Dana 60 front, 14 Bolt rear, and stretching the wheelbase about 20 or so inches. This thing works awesome right now but is just to short to do the big climbs. Just in case any body is needing parts for a 92, please feel free to ask. I still have all the parts i removed. The motor was good and felt strong but didnt idol very well. Tranny, transfer case and axles all good and worked fine.
