That's my baby in the pics above. A 1986 1/2 Toyota Supra. These beasts provided a ton of torque at a mere 204 HP. By no means are these cars featherweights, almost comparable to most modern SUVs. These cars came with three flavors of engines for this generation: the more common 7M-GE, the spiced up 7M-GTE and of course, dominating the japanese market at the time (until the Nissan Skyline R32 GTR was introduced, mind you) - the 7M-GTEU. Only 500 of those beauties were ever produced, unfortunately.
Specs aside, my car has the 7M-GE in it's cradle, and while I've only done a few mods to it, I do have some bigger plans in store for her. Here's a quick rundown:
* Replace the conventional differential for the (obviously) more effective positraction model.
* Adding a turbo system, pulled from a 7M-GTE model - with a few, heh...block modifications. :D
* Lowering the car at least 3 inches
* Adding a 90mm throttle body
* Lexus airflow meter
* 3" complete stainless exhaust system, with a Raven hi-flow catalytic converter - finally finishing off with a Raven performance muffler
* Weight reduction. Any Supra owner knows - if you want to pick up more speed by modding anything else other than the engine - this is a BIG area of concern.
* HKS BOV
And of course, a complete body job + paint. As for the color, I'll leave that to your imagination until I post some pics of the finished product.

The engine in the picture is a ZC. Unfortunately, as with the car, it's sitting in the great scrap yard in the sky. Let this be a lesson: They make rev limiters for a reason...and he STILL couldn't keep up :D
My friend's '88 Toyota Supra Turbo Targa
Yes. The engine bay is empty...not for long though, hehehe
