I bought this 66 Barracuda to replace the one that my Dad bought new when he was in high school. He had to sell his when he went into the service. The car was in great shape when I bought it. It has 126,000 mi on the body, with 6,000 mi on the rebuilt stock 273. We had dual exhaust put on, and my Dad and I just installed a shackle lift, new rear drums and pads, and new wheels and tires(1-24-06).

My winter work is now done on the car...we pulled out the seats to get the recovered, and ended up tearing out the old carpet as well. Then we ended up putting in new floor pans. So, new floor pans, new carpet(passenger area, deck area and trunk), new front seat covers, black racing stripes, re-attached the fender badges, installed factory original radio, replaced washer fluid reservoir and air cleaner decal.
