2/16/08- Well it's been like 2 years since the last real update. I mite be keeping the bug after all just to keep busy.

12/31/06- Well it's the last day of the year so HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I've decided on round off-road light for the bumper Hella prolly.

7/7/07- I looked at a 1970 bug hardtop that's pretty much restored today and I mite offer for it, if I get it this is getting the dune buggy treatment

3/18/07- I think I've finally decided on a color Tangelo so there's a new poll up.

3/3/07- Well it's been a while!!! I recently bought some headliner adhesive from teh same place where I bought the headliner material.

12/30/06- Got a headunit but the only thing is that it's a cassette player but it was free so I said I'd take it. System is decided finnally I'm gonna run Sony Xplods in the doors(I hope they fit!!) and as yo can see on the next page there's gonna be some 800 watt Phonics Digital 6x9's in boxs just sittin on the parsal shelf( I think that's what it's called behind the rear seat)

12/13/06- New poll up. Also need help on deciding on a shade of yellow

11/28/06- Well it's been awhile since I acully updated this page.
I've finally decided on a system, got some 6 1/2 for the front and 6x9's in boxes in the back on the parcel tray. The headunit Is gonna be "hidden" in the glove box.I'll try to get more pics up a as soon as I can I can't say when.Oh I'm also thinking about swapping the stock gauges idea to all digital guages but again it still "on the drawing board" for lack of a better way.

8/21/06- ok new idea now a classic-modern hybrid "theme" I guess you would call it. A combanation new-old style headliner, disk brakes all around, a newer system meaning a cassette(don't wanna go too modern or too old)player, the stock gauges and trim, EMPI(I think that's the name of 'em) rims if I can find some. The decal idea is out and the L-plate frame idea is still in for now. Sometime this week I'll take some more pics of it as of right now.

8/12/06- ok I decided to add a update page to thie car's cardomain. I went to town the other day and saw a few things I liked in to Wal*Mart saw a customizable L-plate fame wicth is going to read "1972"On top and "VW Super Bug" or "Super Bug" on the bottom, and there was a flame decal kit that had two decals(one for each side)I think would'nt look too bad plus it would look good too with red flames on a yellow car.Almost had a battery but one day it was charged and the next dead as the car itself. I got Headliner materal form a local craft shop witch is were I'm gonna get the upholstery for the seats I think too but I don't know about the padding.

Pretty sweet Beetle! Thanks for joining Dubb Life! I'm almost finished with the design and layout. Any help or suggestions to make things better is much appreciated. Make sure to stop by the forums and introduce yourself. Oh yeah, and tell your friends! Welcome!
