The original color of this car was black. After owning it for 9 years I had it resprayed Mercedes silver. It rides on 15x7 front and 15x8 rear custom made Revolution Wheels and Bridgestone Pole Position tires. Engine was replaced with '85 RX7 GSLSE engine. No modifications were made other than adding Racing Beat header, custom 2.5" exhaust with high flow cat and dual 3" tip Magnaflow muffler, K&N filter/ Petite Racing airflow meter. This car looks very nice and is an excellent daily driver. I am currently working on a similar project, but this will be more beefed up with JDM 13BTT/intercooler. I will have picks as soon as it is complete.

UPDATE-5/8/06 This car was sold about two months ago. Now I'm fully committed to my newest addition, Cosmo RX5. Because of the odd 4x120 bolt pattern, I sold the other Cosmo with the factory wheels instead of the wheels shown here, so I can use them on my new Cosmo. So far this car is all original, down to the original exhaust system. It's nice driving in stealth mode, but I miss the good ol' BRAP,BRAP,BRAP sound of an urestricted rotary engine. The first thing to go, other than the stock wheels is the exhaust system, and free up the exhaling process. Other mild modifications will include a Jacobs ignition system, carb upgrade (possibly a Holley), and a street port. From mild mannered reporter to SUPERMAN is what I would like with the JDM 13BTT, but the high cost of a well done conversion will not allow me yet, family first. New pics coming within a weak.
