Front Bumper
Added onto existing front receiver and grill guard. This will provide additional wrap-around protection for the front of the truck.
This was built in sections using black pipe and weld-type elbows. This allows for tighter bends than can be achieved with a tube bender. The hard part is welding and blending the structure so that it works and looks like a continuous tube.

Capped ends:
Sections were fabbed in place, then removed from teh vehicle for welding and cosmetic blending.
The sectins were pre-painted, then welded in place. A little clean-up and touch up paint and it is done.
