Chassis and Bed Mods
Reroute exhaust to gain room for water tank and full size spare. Lift Tire carrier, 3" and add a kicker to angle the tire. Center the hoist to allow room for a full-size 33" spare. Lift gas tank 2" for clearance. Inset Hi-Lift jack and shovel into bedsides. Add water tank. Add foot holds on bedsides.
Bed removal:
Before:
Exhaust: High-flow into glass pack.
After Tire Lift:
After the Gas Tank Lift:
2" lift bracket added to frame at rear of tank. 2" riser at front of tank. Altered skid just needs to be welded up and installed. I ran out of welding wire, so I set it aside to be finished later.
