Real sorry for the wait........I have an 87 suburban; it used to be in really rough shape. But lots of help from my family real close friends, lots of money and time, it’s coming along quite well. I used a 96 impala ss front clip, and a custom air ride set-up, that my dad and i fabbed up, 9"ford rearend.i just bought a set of COYS C-5 WHEELS 20*8.5 UP FRONT,20*10.5 IN THE REAR.Its gotta 502 bb crate motor,has now the SNIPER N.O.S SYSTEM.a msd alt.BILLET SPECALTIES BRACKETS,JEGS HIGH FLOW CHROME WATERPUMP,BILLET PULLIES, 400 turbo tranny.3"flowmasters, with 6"tips (we cut the rocker so the tips would come out each side in front of the back tires) took it to the local drag strip (south Georgia motor sports park and ran 14.6 @114mph..... not bad for a tank.... lol! we counter sunk the yellow top battery into the firewall, I also have one more yellow top in the rear for the sterioDAKOTADIG 10K REMOTE SYSTEM(DOORS,BAGS,HOOD,START). shaved everything, mirrors door handles, ect.i had the tailgate with the roll-up window, took that out and put the barn doors just to give a clean look. we painted hugger orange, it really stands out! it’s a very nice color on such a big truck. and got all new stuff including,4”cowl hood,bumpers,91 GRILL & headlights,2006 NAVIGATOR H.I.D.S,LED taillights,chrome trim, every rubber you could imagine, 13 auto meter gauges,billit specialties steering wheel,1-500/5,2-500/1 jl audio amps,4-12" swiss audio subs,18 matts mids & highs: note the door panels there off a 95 suburban. I had to cut a lot off of the newer panels came out pretty good. I custom made the PANELS fiberglass isn’t it fun...it also has a 99 CHEVY DASH WITH THE PASS AIRBAG,FLUSH MOUNTED THE I POD AND 7"SCREEN WHERE THE AIRBAG WAS.lots of cutting on that too. the interior is dark grey with the 2005 avalanche(full power,heat) leather seats.I HAD TO CUT 6 INCHES OUT OF THE FACTORY FLOOR TO INSTALL THESE SEAT.i have the ps2 mounted into the rear seat(wireless remotes)pioneer 5700,indash unit.back up camera in the key hole in the rear door. This truck was in the AUGUST SUPERCHEVY MAG 2005 with no windows, seats, hood ECT.that was my first show.now its painted and i went to my second show the 2006 nopi show in S.GA. and won first place,IN MY CLASS..just got back from slamfest won 3rd(suv/truck/wild)had the stinger deadner sprayed inside the entire truck.i also used fatmat deadner through out the trk(just to trap the sound inside the truck to elimate any raddles,engine noise)came out great!I will be updating my page soon as I can get more pix...please sign my guestbook, let me know what you think of my ride..
