If you are going to race(on the track not the streets) I would go for H22-vtec if you got the money, but if you just want a little more power, without spending a fortune, just add cold air intake, run bigger exhaust(I'm running a complete magna flow catback systemwith 2 1/2"piping), put better plugs(NGK IRIDIUM) and better plug wires(I'm using taylor compact performance 10mm wires), and of course I had valve job done and had my heads shaved .30(thats if you want to take it that far-$350)
