as far as i can tell and from all my research this car is supposed to be one of only 632 ever produced in 1976. even though its rare its far from being stock.

the outside is basically stock except for the crager ss rims and the fact that i took of some chrome pieces here and there. the rims are 15x8 all the way around with a reverse offset on the rear. the tires are 235/60/15 front and 275/60/15 rear. i hope to change to 15x10 on the back with 295/50/15 tires.

the inside is in descent shape. when i got it the dash wash blown all to pieces from age so its all nicely hidden by a dash cap thats now been warped because the friggen glue wouldnt stick. the gauges are by mac tools and the tach is sunpro, all thanks to my dad. the shifter is a hurt pro-matic with a t-handle. and the steering whell is just a pilot from the zone.

now for the important stuff. it came factory with a "invader 350" but now has a sbc 400 out of a 73 caprice. its just been rebuilt back in july and has had a few goodies added. its got flat top pistons with 9.5:1 compression. the heads are gm 882s that have been pocket ported, triple angle valve job, and decked. the cam is a comp magnum 270h. the specs on it are .470 lift and 224 duration @ .050 with matching comp springs. edelbrock supplies the performer aluminum in take and the carb is a 750 q-jet. ignition is all accel with taylor silicone wires. headers are dynomax full length tubes with 1 5/8 primaries. it all flows through true duals with series 40 flowmasters.

the trans is a th350c with a b&m shift kit. the rear end is 8.5 10 bolt with 3.73 gears and a richmond power trax locker unit. heres a shot of the cutouts for at the track. and some of my "sponsers"

i try to go to the local track as often as possible and run it in the 1/8th of a mile. ill try to post some action aka burnout photos later. its still a work in progress but i plan on putting on some world sportsman II heads and a performer rpm intake as soon as i get some more cash.

this is the creater of this ride, me

id like to thank a few people for helping with the sprint and getting it to where it is today, first off my dad, it would never be where it is without him, parts plus of clemson where i work, c & r machine shop for the head work, and everyone else who has gotten me to this point.

Nice Sprint. I'd say you have something rare there. Love the Cragar SS wheels. They look great. A 400 small block are cool engines to have. I have one from a '73 Caprice wagon I bought the entire engine for $15, I just had to pull it out.
Good luck with your ride. Later.
