I love the Z. My dad had a twin-turbo 260z, but that was a datsun after all. Topped it out at 185 mph and had a roadblock setup hah! Still, i love it. I was considering buying one of these myself. Anyways, to answer your question, to remove the passenger side airbag cover: Take off the panel covering the AC and radio, then remove the screws holding the top piece of the dash and remove that too. Next, open the glove box and remove thise screws too. Finally, you need to pull out the cover. I use a long, flat head screwdriver. It's a simple matter of disloging the tabs holding it in place. There are three of them, andout an inch wide and a centameter thick. they are shaped like this: <___ push the far end and pull it out from the side you start on. Get one out at a time. Its a pain, but you'll get her. Hit me up again if you need more help. I lvoe the car, keep up the good work!
