This is my 66 chevy Impala. I have owned this car for over 10 years. Prior to coming to Minnesota it was a california car. I have done may things to this car in the years I have owned it.
The original small block was ditched in favor of a 390 horse 427 from a 66 caprice. I also swapped in a 12 bolt 3.31 posi rearend.
the transmission is currently a warmed over th350 but plans are for a built th2004r overdrive in the near future.
The car currently has the factory drum brakes but I have a complete rebuilt disk set up from a 70 Impala that will be installed as time allows. The quick ratio steering gearbox from the 70 will also be swapped in.
I have also redone the interior but for some reason I cant seem to access the pics of the interior or engine bay right now so I will be adding them later.
