The third and present motor is a 350 Crate Motor
The V6 quit in 01, the Olds 350 motor stolen in 03, along with a whole lot of other "goodies"
During the winter, the car runs a set of 14" Stock five spoke Rally wheels. During show season, I have a set of American Pacers 15X8 on the rear 14X7 on the front with bullet center hubs. The pictures here were all taken this past summer before my accident. A week before the wreck, I was offered a 85 Regal for a parts car, so once the wreck happened, we bought the car for the parts to fix my 83. When done the car will have a 85 front clip, and parts we needed to repair the body damage during the theft, the car is also getting a new paint job and a new vinyl top.
We have named the car Mama Said. After the theft my husband and son kept waving all these "running" Regals in front of me, not one of them was as rust free as my 83, so I dug my heels in and told them I wanted my 83 restored. Mama Said the car stays! I won!

I like glass packs, but since the theft, I am a little leery of advertising ANYTHING that the car has. The REAL dual exhaust ends in front of the rear end. I have a CD player in the car now replacing the Kenwood that was stolen. I have a Viper alarm system in the car now, and new speakers.

With the addition of the new wheels, Mama Said had been officially recovered after the theft and strip of this car in 2003. Mike customed the stock center hubs with 4 inch chrome bullets like what is on Kool Kat's front wheels. I love the look.

I am gonna have to get in touch with Danny and have him redo my toon. We FINALLY have my show wheels on, the first time since the accident in 2005. Here are some nice shots I got this morning.

While we are on the subject of wheels.  Mike put my show wheels on last month, yes those bullets are cool, but a bitch to put on.  During the Leadsled Spectacular we discovered something we have been looking for, HUB COVERS THAT FIT!!!!  KOOL RIDES now carries bullet hub covers!!!!  Mike had to use one of my old front bullets when Kool Kat threw one earlier this year, so we didn't have two for the front of mine, we were going to buy them at the Leadsled show.  I about fainted when I laid eyes on these!!!  We will buy a set for the back next month when we go to Ark city for the Last Run.  I have the new hub covers on the front, my only complaint is they aren't quite as pointed as the old ones, but they still look good here are pictures.  Next year these babies will be a lot easier to install.

Here is a shot of the car with the old bullets on the back, and the new ones on the front, from back here it is pretty hard to see the difference, unless you are looking for it.  They are the same length as the old ones.
