Beast From The East
This is my baby...My dad bought her new back in 84 when we lived in CT...thats where she got her name...Beast from the East. She has a Manual Transmission, a little 2.8L V6, and of course 4 Wheel Drive : )
She has a lil mud on her as you can see. I've never been stuck yet while messin around off road 4 x 4 is treatin me pretty well

you can see that we're in the middle of rebuilding her...the spare tire isnt on the back like usual (pic below)

250,000 miles and still haulin...rebuilt engine once, original transmission
tires aren't too big...215 75R 15 i think thats the biggest I can put on there without havin any rub when I'm makin those tight turns tearin through the neighborhood
My dad and i were going to tear her down and rebuild it from the inside out until my mom asked for a divorce...now we dont have any money to put into her. The interior is mostly gutted. I have a stereo in there of course...Pioneer Head unit, 5 1/4's, and 6 x 9's, Kenwood 800 watt amp pushin 2 10" 500 watt subs...hits pretty hard. i had two 12" subs in there too at one point lol
It used to have the Bronco II with the horses on the side till someone stole my horses back when we lived in CT. They slashed the beautiful buckin bronco tire cover too...i was too young at the time to realize what happened, but now that she's mine I'm pissed at whoever did that!
oh yea...has anyone else ever had anything near/around/on top of their gas tank catch on fire?? well, we did. my dad drove her home from work one day, and he came up the driveway (its on a bit of a slope) and it left a trail of gas up the driveway! Burnt up the top of the tank, all the wiring was melted. So we replaced the tank, fuel line, and wiring. Had to take the skid plate off first though.
thats me keepin her runnin

Yes...i'm wearin shorts in the winter, my legs dont usually get cold lol, from playin soccer i guess
anyways...
Let me know what you think!
