started bone stock, atually didnt run too well when i got it, had some MAJOR cooling system issues, and transmission/tcase issues, a few new parts and a new set of tires and she ran like a deer. and beleive me NOTHING runs like a deer. lol. okay i grew up on a farm give me a break.
how she looked when i got her home
new set of tires and a pile of parts later, she lives!
finally got some lift, remedied my rear spring sag with some add-a-leafs.
so the add-a-leafs sagged, and after a few mishaps with the added leafs shifting, moved to a primo set of dual rate skyjacker HD leaf packs, 3.5 inch lift height.
spring rolled around and i added some 3" skyjacker lift coils, 1" coil spacers, 1" lift shackles for the back and a tcase drop kit, all from skyjacker. made for a nice 4.25/4.5 lift front to back. loads of fender trimming helped keep the fenders from eating the tread off my tires, and i added some nice pro-comp steel rockcrawlers. hooray!
phase 2 of the build was the paint scheme, which hasnt been updated since the original repaint. plans to redo the paint and add a pile more detail are in the mix. also built a massive stinger front bumper out of 1/8th wall 3" tubing and 1/2"x6" armour grade c channel. BREAK THAT!
rear bumper to match, same 1/2"x6" channel.
ive added a rubicon express adjustable hd trac bar, JKS adjustable hd control arms, uppers and lowers. ive also added a fixed yoke np231 tcase, and new cv driveshafts front and back.
new paint!
got tired of the teeth, time for something new.

the roof rack didnt get done, because my dads old arc welder finally gave up the ghost, but ill get it done next chance i get to come down to the farm. oh well, dont really need it right now anywyas.
so the roof rack is still in progress ill get that posted when its done. lots of ongoing projects on my jeep, OBA, tool rack, roof rack, plenty of that stuff to come.
