Under the HOOD since the engine is in the BACK. Mounted a flush amp rack with one Mono-block Alpine V12 amplifier facing me and the other 4-channel is facing backwards. I also installed my 3-farad Legacy capacitor from the Cavalier to help with the dimming headlights!
This is what was in the car before. 2 8-inch Bazooka bass tubes one behind each seat. Each tube had a Kicker COMP sub inside of it. Granted they actually sounded really good! But that's not big enough for me or loud enough!
This is what I put in place of the 2 8-inch subs. 2 12-inch Rockford Fosgate P2 subs in custom made truck boxes. They sound a lot louder and hit very well behind your back!
7-inch flat screen TV flush mounted into the dashboard on a custom made dash piece of carbon fiber. Air vents had to be removed to do this so the AC doesn't work as good without the extra vents. Has a Kenwood CD player as well. Soundstream DVD player is mounted inside of the glove-box. Here the cd player and the screen are on at night so you can see the clarity
Stock shifter with S2000 6-speed shifter knob. Carbon fiber piece has been layed around the shifter. I need to get another leather shift boot as well.
While installing my B&M short shifter this was what the console looked like without anything there. Here is a comparison of the stock shifter (removed) and the new one installed And the final product of the new short shifter installed in the car
Reverse glow white face guages are a MUST! Looks great at night. This is also my BRIDE steering wheel which is mounted to an NRG removeable hub. So I can remove the steering wheel very easily! That way no fuckers can try to steal my ride if they cant drive it away! Here they are at night all lit up! Got my triple pillar pod in with my 3 guages. Now here are the indiglo guages and the pillar pod installed and lit up as well. They are ALL the same color but the pic makes them look different for some odd reason, I think the middle one was loose in the socket and caught a bad glare.
Dashboard during the day The Sparco steering wheel removed by the use of the NRG steering wheel release hub. Now no one can steal my shit! What the colum looks like without the steering wheel and just the hub. Needs to be cleaned up, but this is a closeup of my carbon fiber door sills that I custom cut and placed there. Finally a shot of the dual blue Tenzo R racing seats. In the middle is the turbo JDM center column holder, that's about ALL the storage you have in an MR2.
Here are my new RS-1 Tuning racing pedals with carbon fiber inserts.
My new door panels arrived. Since the door handles are shaved on the outside, why not do it on the inside as well? In place of where the stock door handles are, they were removed and a piece of carbon fiber was cut and layed into position. You get out of the car by the switch on the custom switch panel I made.
