My wife bought this Neon back in 2002 and it was as basic as it could get. Since she bought it we were constantly adding modifications here and there, including rims, a stereo system, you know the easy stuff! Since we're a military family, constant moving and deployments, put alot of halts on what we wanted to do to our vehicles. I then decided to get out of the Army and go to school for Auto Collision so I could do all the work myself. The first major mod was the VIS Body kit (which was not done by me).

The guy who installed this should have been shot in the face, just playin, but he had no business trying to do this.

You can see here, how he didn't even try to align the fender with the bumper. He basically just made holes in the kit, probably by "eye balling" then slapped it on.
Then in '04 we went to Korea and had to leave it behind. 18 months later and a little abuse from family members(brakes gone, literally! no A/C, dents from racing, body kit cracked, hood bent trying to steal the bodykit) we got it back and it was time to move forward.
First thing I started on was the body (Jan 07). I began sanding the car down, filling in dents and repairing the bodykit.
Here you can see at the bottom, it used to be a pillar going across but it broke off, so I decided just to fill it in.
The rear bumper was kinda tough because I had to fill the hole where the old muffler (Magnaflow dual tip) was installed.

Yea I know nothing special, just a dirty ol' engine.
