This page is dedidcated to the transformation of Bullitt #00754 into a perfect meld of the concept car, show car and my style. Here are some pix to give you an idea of what is going on.
Well After a long look over of my Bullitts' 71k mile 5+ year old paint it was time for a new paint job but with a couple twists. The car had 1 too many chip marks and annoying fine scratches to keep up at shows. Also the retarded shop that my mother in law took the car too have the 03' rear bumper smoothed and painted at did a pretty crappy job upon further inspection. I am going with a Black on Green look with my Bullitt since they go so well together. This all started with the Black Bullitt wheels and black tint. Here are the details to what will set my Bullitt apart from the crowd.
Bullitt Concept side scoop deletes(welded). Away with the plastic deletes.(see pics below of concept)
Shaved Ford emblem off trunk lid
shaved GT emblems off of fenders
Shaved antenna and hole(true to concept and just plain looks better)
Gloss Black painted hood center with outside pin stripe run down hood line to grill opening(see pix below)
Gloss Black wiper cowl, wiper arms, mirrors, Mach 1 chin spoiler, Mach 1 grill delete, and rear bumper exhaust valance
Black sport mesh grill in the hood scoop, bumper openings and grill delete(like concept) Pony will remain floating
The day I dropped it off, really dirty(African mud rain season)

Let the shaving of emnlems begin oh and the antenna

The Concept style side scoop delete soo perfectly executed

Front and rear bumpers getting filled and prepped for paint

Here are some pix of the Bullitt Concept car for some reference points. (Borrowed from Mustangworld.com)

That should be about enough. Don't want to change it too much but I had to make it mine with some exterior enhancments.
Oh yeah and the taillights will be tinted medium black to match the scheme but the reverse light will be left clear for visiblity purposes.
